The Sleepy Girl Mocktail is my favorite step in my wind-down routine. Not only does it feel luxurious to make a drink before bed, it actually helps you go to bed! I’ve always thought having a glass of wine before bed was so chic and adult, but my reality is that wine and sleep do not mix well for a good night of rest. I often wake up groggy and very dehydrated. Thankfully, this Sleepy Girl Mocktail accomplishes both — helps to relax my mind and body before bed and leaves me feeling well rested in the morning! Ingredients
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/4 cup of cherry juice
- 1 tsp Moon Juice Magnesi-om
- 1 can sparkling water or Poppi
Steps

Before you fill your glass with ice, add 1/4 cup of cherry juice and 1 tbsp of Magnesi-om. Mix together until dissolved.

When the cherry juice and Magnesi-om are fully incorporated, add ice to the top of your cup.

Top off your drink with sparkling water or Poppi. I prefer to use sparkling water as to reduce the amount of sugar in my drink.
